All sales are "FINAL". Firearms / Ammunition will not be taken back and sales are final. All accessory items sales are final. Accessory items (not firearms/ammunition) that are being returned for product defect for any reason, are subject up to a 40% restocking fee. **Garza Firearms Policy** will work diligently to replace legitimate complaints on product defects as they come from the warehouse. Product defect return policy will depend on the warehouse your product came from. We use many warehouses to supply product. Our company will go by the product defect return policy of the warehouse company your product came from. Firearms are covered by manufacturers warranty that comes with the purchase of the firearm. **Garza Firearms Policy** is not responsible for firearms defects. Ammunition will not be returned or replaced. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment are covered by a manufacturers warranty and cannot be returned to us.All sales firearms / ammunition/ accessories are final. Gun defects are covered by the manufacturers warranty. Ammunition and scopes will not be taken back. We will honor returns on defects on accessories only received from our warehouses and go by warehouse return policy/procedures that apply to the different warehouse companies. Please review our company policies in our website. You must reply within 2 days for defects. If you have ordered the wrong item due to your lack of due diligence, the product will not be taken back (only defects) Please do your due diligence.
By you, as a customer, purchasing any/all items from our company website, are conceding to honor our return defect policy and our firearms/ammunition policy. ***In cases where Garza Firearms / Customer cannot come to terms with product defect return policy and all **Garza Firearms Policies** in general, those will be settled in small claims court in the County of Tyler, State of Texas, no exceptions.***

Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
2. Firearms, once transferred to buyer.
3. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.
4. Ammunition
No refunds due to buyer failing a FBI background check (not being released) and are subject up to a 40% restocking fee. 40% restocking fee based on sales price of items. Sales tax charges will be returned (if applies). All items must be returned within 10 days of purchase in order not to void your exchange policy. You must contact us within 2 days of receipt of product.
Please provide a letter explaining reason for complaint of product defect and include with it, all merchandise, returned in its original package, in resalable condition. Please include photos of product defect. All items being returned must be prepaid by customer (No COD allowed). You are responsible for sending product back. Our company will cover the cost of shipping replacement items. . Please contact us with any questions.
Ammunition Purchases
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. *All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas.*
Terms
**Garza Firearms Policy**This is a pay by credit/debit card website. If you desire to pay by cash/money order/cashiers check, please contact us for instruction. Firearm orders require an FFL transfer. Shipping orders with defective merchandise must be reported within 2 days. Insurance and adult signature are placed at customer discretionon all merchandise.
Damaged Merchandise
**Garza Firearms Policy**If a package is received in damaged condition upon delivery, please inform your carrier immediately and if you choose, do not receive it. If you do receive it, you have 2 days to report damaged merchandise. We do not take bake merchandise that you ordered incorrectly. You are responsible for doing your due diligence. Double check your ordered items. Make sure you keep all packaging. Call us for further instruction on handling this situation.
Warranty / Repairs
**Garza Firearms Policy**All gun / ammunition / accessory sales are final.We "DO NOT" make warranty repairs and do not accept returns for defective workmanship caused by the manufacturer. Firearms have a warranty and repairs/defects are handled through this warranty.Call us for instruction on dealing with defective merchandise.

Misprints

Freight Policy
**Garza Firearms Policy** does not accept international orders. International (Including Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam and APO & FPO's). Garza Firearms does not accept international orders.
Garza Firearms will not accept any orders that have any connection to international shipments. This applies to both shipping and billing addresses. This includes any country, APO's, FPO's Puerto Rico & the Virgin Islands.
No exceptions. If the final destination of the package is any APO/FPO or any region outside of the 50 United States of America or the District of Columbia, your order will not be processed.
Credit Card Numbers

How To Buy Guns Online

Note: If your are in the local area of Warren, Texas, and will be picking up your firearm at our storefront, the following will not apply. The instructions are for out of state and out of area purchases.
Garza Firearms abides by all Federal, State, and Local firearms laws in reference to firearms sales. We carry a Type 1 (semi-automatic only) Federal Firearms License.
The following outlines rules to make an online purchase of a firearm:
You must be 18 years or older to purchase a long gun/long gun ammo and 21 years or older to purchase hand gun/handgun ammo. Check your local & state laws to learn of any restrictions that may specifically apply to your state when purchasing a firearm.
Federal firearms laws prevent Garza Firearms from shipping firearms directly to individuals without a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). The firearm must be shipped to a local FFL Holder near you.
In order to purchase your firearm and have it shipped, you must complete the following steps listed below before we can process your order.
1. Verify that the firearm you are purchasing meets your state, and local laws.
2. Complete your firearm purchase online. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
Contact us by website email if you do not receive an order confirmation after placing your order.
3. Locate a FFL holder near you that will accept the transfer of the firearm. If you need assistance in finding a local FFL holder, see the instructions below or go to locate FFL dealer per state. If you already have an FFL holder you use, have them send us a copy of their FFL via email (garzafirearms@gmail.com).

4. Contact your FFL and tell them you would like to transfer a firearm from Garza Firearms. This transaction is solely between you and the FFL holder. The FFL holder charges a nominal fee for doing the transfer.
You must confirm the transfer with your local FFL holder.
5. Print and fill out our Transfer & Confirmation Form: (include your order # on the form.)
Your Transfer and Confirmation Form can be faxed or mailed to us.

B. An email with the tracking number will be sent when the firearm ships.
6. Once your FFL holder receives your firearm, you will be notified to pick it up. When you pick up your firearm, inspect it and verify your serial number. Your FFL holder will then ask you to fill out an over the counter form (FM 4473) and conduct a background check to release the firearm (a valid concealed handgun license in your state may also be used in place of the background check- if it applies).
Online Ammunition Purchase
Federal law requires that you must be at least 18 years old to purchase shotgun/rifle ammunition and 21 years or older to purchase handgun ammunition.
Important: Read information below and follow steps to prevent a delay in your purchase shipment.
Before making an ammunition purchase, check your state and local laws for restrictions.
NOTE: Ammunition and firearms are purchased and shipped separately (as separate orders by law).
• You do not need an FFL to purchase ammunition online (see restrictions).
• Ammunition will be shipped ground to your door.
• When you are checking out, you must select ground shipment when purchasing ammunition.
• Ammunition cannot be shipped air freight, due to shipping regulations.
• Ammunition and firearms must be purchased separately.
• For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition.
• Always use the correct ammunition for your firearm.
• Check your state or local laws for any other restrictions before ordering ammunition.
FFL Gun Transfers
**Garza Firearms Policy** is a licensed firearms dealer and gun transfer agent, located in Warren, Texas. If you need to conduct a gun transfer, Garza Firearms is available to do so in the greater Warren, Texas area. If you have made a gun purchase from a gun dealer that is out of your area, then a gun transfer will need to be made from gun dealer to gun dealer. Guns are not transferred from dealer to person. Garza Firearms conducts gun transfers for new and used guns. The cost of the gun transfer is $20.00 per gun.

Garza Firearms is a discount gun dealer located in Warren, Texas. Our price is the difference from other gun retailers. Our online gun store contains four large U.S. warehouse companies. Our website contains "In Stock" items only. These are the same gun warehouses the "Big Retail Outlets" use. You now have access to the same warehouses at discounted prices. This is a cash/credit card/financing website. Purchase off the website with a credit card or apply for financing and contact us once approved. Your purchase will be ordered/delivered from a warehouse. Your item is not in our storefront stock. Orders are usually received at our store front in 2-3 days.
PRICING PURCHASES: Our Cash/CREDIT/FINANCING margins are @ 16%. Most large retailers sell @ a 30%-40% margin. Garza Firearms values your business, but we are very busy. The price listed is our "credit card/cash/financed " price. Its all the same price.
By keeping our stock and overhead low, the savings are passed onto you. Your purchase price is a discounted price. Shipping and handling may apply. Sales tax applied for Texas residents. Once your credit card processes or you pay cash in store by appointment, your item is shipped for delivery to our storefront or for out of area/out of state purchases, to your FFL dealer for firearms or residence for accessories. The process normally takes 3-5 business days for out of state. Once your order is received at our storefront, usually in 1-2 business days, you will be contacted and an appointment set up for pickup. All patrons must pass a background check or present a valid "Texas Concealed Handgun License" for release of firearm. Out of state firearms purchases background checks will be handled by your chosen FFL transfer dealer.
**ATTENTION** Background check required. "FELONY CONVICTION" and "MISDEMEANOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE" prohibit you from purchasing a firearm. 18 or older for long gun purchase. 21 or older for handgun/handgun ammo purchase.
